Regulatory/Compliance Consulting and Educational Services include but are not limited to:

Provide training or speaking engagements to attorneys, providers, or community organizations regarding standards of care and regulatory requirements. Topics include but not limited to: Abuse, Neglect, Supervision, Accident Hazards and etc.

Assist and educate leadership and direct care staff with standards of care and regulatory requirements. Topics include but not limited to: Abuse, Neglect, reporting requirements and etc.

Nurse leadership mentoring and oversight services.

Mock surveys (including focused areas) for state licensure, CMS certification or regulatory accreditation (tracer methodology) needs.

Assist with post survey or annual inservices or competencies to meet compliance requirements.

Provide post survey support for plan of corrections or (informal dispute resolution) IDR assistance.

Conduct medication pass observations and education to assess medication error rates.

Evaluate QAPI, Infection control, medication management, or other focus areas to ensure regulatory compliance.
