Legal Nurse Consulting Services include but are not limited to:

Organize, translate, and summarize Medical Records and EMRs (Electronic medical record).

Screen and investigate cases for merit.

Develop chronological timelines outlining case deviations from standards of care.

Define the applicable Standards of Care, noting deviations from and adherences to those Standards.

Identifying, interpreting, and summarize regulatory and accreditation requirements, noting deviations from and adherences of those requirements.

Identify and review relevant medical records, and healthcare facility policies and procedures for case development.

Assist with interviewing plaintiff and defense clients, key witnesses, and experts.

Identify, locate, and communicate with testifying experts.

Serve as liaison between the attorney, health care providers, testifying experts, witnesses, and other parties.

Assist with interrogatory and deposition preparation and question creation (Cross or Direct)

Attend depositions, trials, and arbitration or mediation hearings as requested by attorney
